Camp Loan Application Instructions

1.   Online vs. Print Version - The camp loan application is only available online at this time.  However, the standard loan application may be used to apply for a camp loan.  CLICK HERE TO PRINT THE STANDARD LOAN APPLICATION
   

1.   Time Required - Approximately 30 minutes.
   

1.   Required Fields - RED ASTERISKS * indicate required information. Enter $0 or N/A for every question that does not apply to you. 
   

1.   Submit - Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the end of the online application. 
   

1.   Co-Signer Application - after completing your application, your co-signer(s) must also print, complete, and fax (to 414-961-1501) or mail their co-signer application(s) in order for your application to be considered for a loan.  The co-signer application is not available to complete online.
